My Skills & Experience
I work for cxpartners in Bristol as a Customer Experience Consultant helping organisations make their online ’stuff’ more effective. Typically that means improving the way the customer interacts with the organisation through their website, mobile phone or interactive TV.

Before cxpartners
I completed an MSc in Human Communication and Computing in 2002 after which I started an online accessibility consultancy; Accessibility Works with my good friend Kevin O’Malley. Accessibility Works has worked with a number of clients ranging from Bristol City Council to British Waterways.
Following Accessibility Works I started working for online community specialists Sift as a Business & Usability Consultant. Whilst at Sift I worked with a number of clients including; Mensa, The Kennel Club, BT, NHS and the Institute of Physics.
