   So when you send an email to someone else, you get a copy sent to your inbox? Sounds like an interesting idea; I’ve never considered tracking questions that need an answer.

   If you want to have those messages marked as read automatically, you could easily create a filter to do it. I have one which marks emails I send myself as read and applies a label called ‘Notes’ to them.

   Google Mail for your Domain is definitely a great choice though. The web interface is so much better than Outlook and the like. I’m not sure what I’d do if I couldn’t view emails in a single conversation/thread.

   how do i send a copy of all outgoing email from all accounts in the domain to a common administrative account?

   Quite interesting but I don’t quite get it.

   The username, are you referring to the name displayed on the From field when people receive your email?

   Then just change to (in my case) recent:wsiau@basong.com?
